These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ACLVmag.com and purchases made from Lionheart Productions Inc DBA AC⚡LV Magazine (“AC⚡LV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Orders
AC⚡LV sells print magazines, subscriptions, advertising, and may offer merchandise or other products in the future.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or product information, and limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
Magazine Subscriptions
AC⚡LV subscriptions provide a new issue of the magazine each quarter.
Subscriptions automatically renew every three months from the date of the original subscription, unless canceled.
You authorize the payment method associated with your subscription to be charged at each renewal until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and future issues from being sent.
If a renewal payment has already been processed before cancellation, that renewal is generally nonrefundable and the corresponding issue will still be sent.
Subscription pricing and terms may change. If a material change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Shipping
We currently ship physical products within the United States only.
Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days, although many orders may ship sooner. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Magazine and merchandise sales are final except in cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders may be canceled for a refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled.
Advertising
Advertising purchases are subject to availability, AC⚡LV advertising specifications, submission deadlines, and any additional terms provided during the advertising process.
AC⚡LV reserves the right to decline advertising that we determine is inappropriate for the publication or inconsistent with our editorial or business standards.
Purchase of advertising does not influence AC⚡LV editorial coverage.
Events
AC⚡LV may offer free launch parties and other events.
An RSVP does not necessarily guarantee admission if an event reaches capacity. Event dates, times, locations, programming, and other details may change when reasonably necessary.
Customer Accounts
Customers may create accounts to manage purchases and subscriptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.
Intellectual Property
The content of ACLVmag.com and AC⚡LV Magazine, including text, design, photography, artwork, illustrations, logos, graphics, and other material, is owned by AC⚡LV or used under license from its respective creators.
Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, or otherwise use this content without appropriate permission from the copyright holder.
Website Use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or misuse content belonging to AC⚡LV or others.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Wix, payment providers, analytics providers, social networks, and other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, products, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
